Reddy N Reddy Pharmaceuticals is located right at Plot No A3/A1. We’re over in Ida Gandhinagar, right across from the Idpl Colony. If you know the area, we’re near Technoindustries, which is a big landmark for people trying to find us. It’s a busy part of the colony with a lot of movement. We’ve been here for a good while now, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit around us. Our setup is pretty simple. We have the warehouse area and a small office space where we handle all the admin stuff. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers getting the pharmaceutical products ready. The noise from the nearby industries is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We don’t have any fancy glass windows or big signs. It’s a practical workspace meant for getting things out the door. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what’s pending and then just get to it. Being opposite the Idpl Colony makes it easy for some of our workers who live nearby. It’s a local operation, nothing too complex about it. We just manage the stock and ensure the deliveries are ready when the trucks show up. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just work around it. It’s just how things are here in Gandhinagar. We’re just a bunch of people doing our jobs every day without much noise about it.
