Rebi (Real Estate Bank India)

Our office is located at C-44 Ncl Apartments in the Hb Colony area of Hyderabad. Rebi, or Real Estate Bank India as some call it, is just our small operation here in Mangapuram. We’ve been based in Moulali for a good bit now, dealing with the local property market. It’s a lot of walking around different plots and checking out old apartments. The paperwork in this business can be a real headache, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. We aren't a big bank with a lobby and marble floors. We’re in an apartment building, which makes it feel more like a home than a workplace. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people at tea stalls to talk about land. The 500040 area has changed so much since we started. Prices go up, then they go down, and we just try to keep track of it all. Our desks are covered in maps and scribbled notes about who owns what. It’s not a polished system, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know the streets and the people around here. If you need to find us, just look for the Ncl Apartments. We’re usually there unless we’re out looking at a site.
