Ravi Event Management

Ravi Event Management is based right here in the middle of Hyderabad, specifically in the 500001 pin code area. This is a very old and busy part of the city, so there is always something going on just outside the door. We handle all sorts of event planning and management stuff from this office. It is usually a bit of a scramble because phones are always ringing and people are coming in to ask about dates and prices. We don't really go for anything too corporate or polished in how we run things. It is more about just getting the work done and making sure the events we manage go off without too many problems. The traffic in this part of Hyderabad can be pretty bad, so we spend a lot of time on our scooters or in cars trying to get across town to different venues. Our workspace is filled with files and old event photos and plenty of notes scribbled on pads. It is a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. We have been doing this for a while and we know the local vendors and spots pretty well. We just show up every day, drink some chai, and figure out how to make the next event work. It is a loud, busy, and sometimes stressful job but it keeps us on our toes and we like the energy of the city. We just take it one event at a time.
