The street can get a bit crowded with parked cars, but we’ve got our little spot here and it suits us fine. We handle communication equipment and various electronic gadgets. The front room is where we keep some of the newer stock, and the back is where the real work happens. We have a couple of technicians who stay busy all day with repairs and setups. It’s a lot of wires and circuit boards everywhere you look. We aren't a big fancy showroom with bright lights and salesmen in suits. It’s more of a place where you can come in, talk to the person actually doing the work, and get a straight answer. We’ve been in Kukatpally for several years now, so we know a lot of the people around here. Sometimes the rain makes the roof a bit noisy, but we don't mind. We just keep working through it. Our hours are pretty standard, but we’re often here late if there's a lot to do. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone’s neighbor told them about us, and they show up with a broken device. We like it that way. It’s a local business run by local people.
