Ratnam Constructions

Our office is located in the Sri Sai Residency building, which is over in the Preamnagar area of Erragadda. We are in Block-D, specifically unit S-9. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you haven't been here before because the house numbering in Hyderabad can be tricky. We handle construction work from this small space. It’s basically a room filled with cabinets and a few desks where we keep all the site reports. Most of the time, the air conditioner is humming and someone is looking for a missing permit or a receipt. We aren't a giant corporation. We are just a local team that knows how to put buildings together. Erragadda is a busy spot, and we like being right in the middle of it. You’ll usually find a few of us drinking tea and looking over maps of the city. We don't really do the whole polished sales pitch thing. If someone wants to know about a project, we just show them the drawings and tell them how long it will take. Sometimes the site visits take up the whole day, so the office is just a place to touch base in the evening. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been in this building for some time now and everyone in the block knows us. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place where work comes first. We just try to build things right and stay on schedule.
