It is a modest setup, which is fine with us because we prefer to be out where the actual work is happening anyway. We handle infrastructure projects, which means a lot of time spent on the road and at various sites around the area. We are a small team of local people who understand the local landscape and how to get things done in this district. Our office is more like a hub where we organize the logistics and keep track of everything. We do not have any big corporate goals or fancy mission statements. We just want to do a decent day's work and see the projects finished. It is not always easy, and there are plenty of days when we are tired and covered in dust, but that is part of the job. We keep things simple and avoid all that marketing talk you see with bigger companies.
