Rational Labs (P) Ltd. is situated at Shed No. 50 in Phase-Ii of the Ida in Mallapur. This is a standard industrial area where things are pretty basic. Our shed is a simple building where we handle our lab work and manage the various chemicals we use. It is not the kind of place with fancy carpets or nice furniture. Instead, we have lab benches, glass containers, and rows of storage shelves. The Mallapur area is always buzzing with other units making all kinds of products. We follow a steady routine every day, usually starting early to get most of the work done before it gets too hot. The work can be a bit repetitive, involving a lot of measuring and writing down numbers in our logbooks. We do not have any mission statements or glossy brochures to show people. We just focus on the tests and making sure we do not make any mistakes with the data. The air around the industrial estate can be a bit heavy, but we have worked here long enough that we do not notice it much. We have a small corner with a kettle where we make tea during our breaks. It is a quiet environment where everyone mostly focuses on their own tasks. We are not trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure the work is done correctly and the day goes smoothly.
