Being in a residential building makes the office feel a little more relaxed, I think. We are near the Sai Baba Temple and the Model House, so it’s a landmark everyone knows. We do construction work, which means a lot of our time is actually spent out at sites, but this is where we do all the planning. The flat is usually full of maps, site plans, and a lot of registers. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in the office at once. Panjagutta is a busy area, so getting in and out can take some time. We aren’t really into the whole marketing thing. We just build stuff. Some days are good, some days are a bit of a struggle with weather or supplies, but we just get through it. The team has been together for a while now, so we know how each other works. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of running a construction business. It’s a lot of checking measurements and talking to contractors. We just try to do the work properly and stay out of trouble. That’s pretty much the story of our office here at Rank Residency.
