Seven Hills Family Restaurant

You can find Seven Hills Family Restaurant on the second floor of the ADR Complex at Rampally X Roads. It is a busy spot, especially when the light changes at the crossroads and people are looking for a place to sit for a bit. We spend most of our time in the kitchen where it is always hot, no matter how many fans we have going. There is the constant sound of knives hitting cutting boards and the hiss of the stoves. We do not have fancy tablecloths or anything like that. The tables are simple and we wipe them down constantly because crumbs seem to appear out of nowhere. The menu is just the stuff people like to eat every day. We know a lot of the folks who come in by their first names because they work in the nearby buildings. Sometimes the ADR Complex gets a bit crowded, and the stairs up to the second floor can be a bit of a climb if you are tired. We have a big sink in the back that always seems to be full of dishes. It is a lot of work to keep the spices sorted and the fridge stocked with fresh things. We do not really do anything for marketing; people just see the sign from the road and walk up. It is just us serving food and making sure the floors are swept.
