We are located in Flat No.503 at the Srigayathri Apartments, right in the Madhavaram Nagar Colony area of Hyderabad. It’s a residential building, so the vibe is a lot more relaxed than a downtown office tower. Being in Vivekananda Nagar means we are close to where a lot of our project sites are. Ramky Infrastructure Ltd uses this flat as a hub for the local team to meet up, look at drawings, and handle the administration side of the construction work. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, children playing or people coming home from work, which keeps us grounded. The office itself is pretty simple. We’ve got a couple of big tables for the blueprints and a few computers for the accounting and emails. It’s a bit crowded when the whole crew comes in from the field at once, but we manage. We’ve lived through plenty of summer heatwaves here, mostly relying on the ceiling fans and cold water from the dispenser. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where the work actually gets done. People know us in the building, and we try to keep things quiet for the neighbors. We focus on the practical side of building roads and structures. It’s a lot of phone calls, site visits, and checking measurements. There’s no ego here, just a group of people trying to keep things moving on schedule without making any kind of fuss.
