Our place is located at 4-2-913 in Ramkote. It’s right in the middle of Hyderabad, so it gets pretty crowded around here. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the stuff we keep in the back, but we manage. Most of the people who work here live nearby. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it is just us answering the phones and dealing with whoever walks through the door. The building is old, and the stairs can be a bit steep if you are carrying boxes. We try to keep things organized, but it doesn't always stay that way during the busy season. Ramkote is a loud area, full of shops and people moving around constantly. We fit right into the neighborhood. It’s just a regular business. We don't do anything too complicated, we just stick to what we know. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork. Other times, we close early if the heat gets too bad in the afternoon. It is a simple operation. We know most of the other shop owners on the street. We’ve seen the city change quite a bit from this window. It’s just home for us. We have a tea guy who comes by twice a day, and that is usually when we take a small break.
