Essel Technologies

We have our office for Essel Technologies set up in Sharadanagar. Specifically, we are at Flat No. 412 in the Devi Sreeram Apartments. It is a bit different running a tech company out of an apartment building, but it works well for us and keeps our overhead low. We don't need a huge glass building to do our work. Most of what we do involves computers and software, so as long as we have a decent internet connection and some quiet, we are good to go. The fourth floor gives us a bit of a break from the street noise, though you can still hear the neighborhood sounds during the day. Sometimes the delivery guys get confused finding the right block in the apartment complex, but they eventually make it. Inside, it looks like a typical small office—lots of cables, monitors, and half-empty coffee mugs. We aren't much for fancy decorations; we’d rather spend our time fixing bugs or setting up systems for our clients. It’s a casual atmosphere here, and we don't really bother with formal dress codes or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have on our plate and try to get things done on time. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but the residential vibe of Sharadanagar makes it a pleasant place to spend the day. We’ve been here for a while now and don’t see a reason to move.
