We have a warehouse setup where we keep all the gloves, masks, and other dental supplies that clinics need. It is a lot of boxes and shelving, as you can imagine. We don't have a big fancy office with carpets; it is more of a practical space where we can pack things up and get them ready for delivery. Most of our day is spent checking the stock and talking to the delivery drivers who come in and out. Ramantapur is a good spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily from here. We started small and just kept adding more items as people asked for them. Now the place is pretty full of medical gear. We don't use any slick sales pitches. Usually, a dentist or a clinic manager just calls us up when they are running low on something, and we get it out to them. It is a basic business but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and one person on the computer to manage the paperwork. It works for us. We just keep doing what we do every day. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, so we spend a lot of time sweeping. It is just a regular warehouse life, focused on getting orders out the door. We don't have a big logo, just our name on the door.
