Patel Poly Plast

Our shop is located at 6/3/151/7 in Shivarampally. If you know the Rajendranagar area, you know it’s always crowded with traffic and small businesses like ours. We work with plastics here, mostly doing the molding and shaping that people need for various parts. It’s a lot of repetitive work, standing by the machines and making sure the plastic melts right and the shapes come out okay. The building isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular brick and cement structure with a big rolling shutter. Inside, it’s usually quite noisy because of the blowers and the grinders we use to recycle the scraps. We try to keep things organized, but when a big order comes in, there are bags of raw plastic pellets everywhere. The neighborhood is full of other units, so there’s a lot of noise coming from next door too. We’ve got a small desk near the front where we keep the logs and the bills, but most of the time we are back in the work area. Lunch is usually just something we bring from home or grab from the stall down the street. It’s a simple life, just making sure the day's quota is met before we lock up and head home. We don't really do much advertising, people just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the address listed somewhere. Making plastic parts isn't glamorous work, but it's what we know how to do.
