Bajaj Polymers

If you head down to Mailardevpaly in Rajendranagar, you’ll find us at 8/3/32/3. That’s where Bajaj Polymers is set up. It’s an industrial area, so there are always lots of other businesses around doing similar things. Our space is mostly taken up by the processing units and stacks of polymer materials waiting to be moved. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There’s always the hum of motors and the sound of stuff being loaded onto pallets. We spend a lot of time just managing the workflow. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer months, especially near the back where the ventilation isn’t the best. We just drink a lot of water and keep moving. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, making it a bit of a mess for the loaders. We’ve had to learn how to navigate the tight turns in the yard over the years. Most of us have worked here for a while, so we know the quirks of the building and the machines. We don't bother with fancy signs or a lot of decoration. It’s a place for work, and that’s what we do from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late if a big shipment needs to go out, but usually, we’re out by six. It’s a honest day's work in a part of town that never really sleeps.
