We operate out of 6 2 52/3/1 in Shivrampally, right in the Rajedranagar area. It’s a workspace where we put together our food products day in and day out. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we keep things moving as fast as we can. Shivrampally is a crowded place, so getting deliveries in and out through the narrow lanes takes some patience. We have a few big tables where the sorting happens and some machines for the processing part. Most of the staff live nearby, so they just walk over in the morning and we get straight to it. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or anything like that because we are too busy making sure the batches are done on time. Sometimes we run out of space for the raw materials and have to stack things up high, which makes navigating the floor a bit like a maze. We use a lot of local ingredients when we can get them from the markets around Rajedranagar. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows their job and we don't need a lot of talking to get things finished. The fans are always humming to keep the heat down, but it still gets pretty warm in the afternoons. We just keep our heads down and focus on the food. It’s what we know how to do best without making a big fuss about it.
