International Cans Pvt. Ltd. is based out at 7 4 104 in Gaganpahad. If you know the Rajedranagar area, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of transport moving through. We make cans, so the sound of metal is pretty much the background music of our lives. The facility is big and can get quite noisy when the lines are running. We have stacks of tinplate and finished cans piled up in the warehouse area. It’s a very hands-on place. We don’t have a lot of time for sitting around in fancy meetings. Most of our day is spent on the floor or in the small office area checking orders. It’s dusty and metallic, but that’s just the nature of the business. Gaganpahad is a good spot for us because the trucks can get in and out relatively easily, though Rajedranagar traffic can be a pain sometimes. We aren't a corporate giant with a slick image. We’re just a local company making sure we produce enough cans to meet our orders. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the machines sound when they’re working right and when they aren’t. We don’t have any polished slogans. We just show up at 7 4 104, do our shift, and make sure the quality is okay before the cans get packed up. It’s honest work in a busy part of town.
