Rajashree Cement(Grasim)

Our place is at VV-9/24 in the Adityanagar colony, right by the Rajashree Cement plant in Malkhed. Being a part of the Grasim setup means we are right in the thick of the industrial area of Gulbarga. It’s a regular residential quarter where we stay and manage our daily life. The plant is just a short walk away, so we are always close to the action. Living here, you get to know the sound of the machinery and the sight of the trucks. It’s a simple life in Karnataka, nothing too complicated. We spend our days working and then come back to the VV block. The address is pretty easy to find if you are already in the colony. We don’t have a fancy storefront or anything like that. It’s just where we live and work. Malkhed is a dry area, so things get dusty, but that’s just how it is with cement. We’ve lived here for a while and have seen how the Birla group has changed the local scene. Most of our neighbors work at the same place, so it feels like one big family sometimes. We don't bother with fancy descriptions or mission statements. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and look after our little corner of Adityanagar. It's a practical way to live and we are used to the routine. It’s been home for a long time now.
