Radha Realty is located at 13 Manju Anurag Enclave in Madhusudan Nagar, which is in the Malkajgiri area of Hyderabad. It is a quiet enough spot for an office. We focus on property around this side of the city. Being in Malkajgiri means we deal with a lot of residential stuff. Most of our days are spent talking to neighbors or people looking to move into the enclave. We have got a small setup inside the enclave, nothing too big. We do not really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big presentations. Usually, it is just us in our regular clothes, sitting around the table and looking at property maps. We know the local schools and where the best markets are, which helps when people ask. The real estate business around here has changed a lot lately. Prices go up and down and new apartments are always popping up. We try to stay on top of who is selling and who is buying. It takes a lot of patience to get all the legal stuff done right.
