Radha Mohan Textiles

If you go to the Satya Surovar Complex in Rikabgunj, you will find Radha Mohan Textiles. We are at 21-7-817, which is right across from the High Court. It’s a very famous landmark, so we never get lost. The area is always crowded with lawyers, clients, and shoppers. Our shop is full of different fabrics and textiles. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the rolls of cloth stacked up. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. People come in looking for specific materials, and we look through the piles to find what they need. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a real shop where you can touch the fabric and see the colors. The lighting might be a bit dim in the corners, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just sell cloth. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic from the High Court side. We spend our days measuring and cutting. It’s a simple life in Rikabgunj. We know the other shopkeepers in the complex well. It’s a community. We just keep the textile business going one yard at a time. It’s what we know how to do. Some of the shelves are a bit dusty and the fans squeak, but the fabric is what people come for. We just keep serving the customers who walk through the door and ask for help.
