You can find us at Shop No. 4 on the ground floor of the New Azam Complex. We are right on Shivam Road in New Nallakunta, sitting right next to the SBI bank. Most people use the bank as a landmark when they are looking for us for the first time. We have frames all along the walls and the computer equipment for testing eyes is in the back room. It is a bit cramped when we get more than four or five people in the shop at once, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time helping people pick out glasses that actually fit their faces. Some people take forever to decide on a frame, while others just pick the first one they see. We also do the eye exams using the computer, which is a lot faster than the old way of doing things. The light inside is quite bright so people can see the charts clearly. Since we are on the ground floor, it is easy for older folks to just walk right in without dealing with stairs. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the bikes and cars on Shivam Road, but it is quiet enough once the door is shut. We keep a stock of different lenses and try to get orders ready as quick as the lab allows. It is just us here at R R Opticals & Computerised Eye Clinic.
