We are based out of Kukatpally, specifically at A.S. Raju Nagar. Our place is on Plot No 33 and 34. It’s a decent-sized spot where we run R Homes Realtors Global Llp. Even with the global part in the name, we are very much a local operation here on the ground. We deal with houses and land mostly in this side of the city. Kukatpally is always moving, so we stay busy. The office isn't fancy. It’s just where we keep our maps and our records. We have a couple of tables and some chairs for when folks come by to talk. We aren't interested in being a big polished company. We just want to do the work and help people figure out their property stuff. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or checking on construction sites nearby. It gets a bit dusty with all the development around here, but that’s just how it is. We keep the door open and try to be useful. If you are looking for the plot, it's easy to find once you are in A.S. Raju Nagar. We don't have a big marketing team, just us doing the daily tasks that come with real estate. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking legal details to make sure everything is right. We just take things one day at a time here.
