Genplast Polymers

If you head over to CIE Gandhinagar in Quthbullapur Mandal, you’ll find Genplast Polymers at Plot No 11 11/3 Part. We are situated in Sy No 150. This is an industrial zone, so the vibe is very much about production and heavy lifting. We work with polymers, which means we deal with raw materials and various molding processes. The facility is usually warm because of the machines running all day. It’s a place where things are being created constantly. We have a mix of old and new equipment, and we’ve learned how to fix most of it ourselves when things break down. The staff here is used to the smell of plastic and the hum of the factory floor. We don’t have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. We just show people what we’ve made if they ask. The area around us is full of other small factories, so there’s a lot of noise and activity throughout the day. We try to keep our workspace organized, but with so much material moving around, it’s a constant battle. We hire people from the local Mandal, and many of them have been with us since the start. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we meet our production targets. It’s honest, gritty work, and we don’t pretend it’s anything else. We are just a local factory doing our part. We focus on the product and let the results speak.
