We go by Qucon Properties Llp. Our office is located at H.No: 6 3 1199/2 in the Umanagar Colony. This is in the Begumpet area of Hyderabad, 500016. Begumpet is a major hub, and being in Umanagar Cly puts us in a good spot. We have been working out of this house for a while. It is a simple setup for Qucon Properties Llp. We don't have a bunch of fancy office furniture or a reception desk. Usually, we are just tucked away in the back working on whatever needs doing. Umanagar is a nice enough colony, a bit of a mix of everything. We like being in this part of Hyderabad. It feels like we are in the middle of things but still have our own quiet space to think. The address 6 3 1199/2 is where we spend most of our waking hours. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized. Begumpet can be quite chaotic with the traffic and the noise, but once you get into Umanagar Cly, it calms down a bit. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings. It is a plain, honest way to work. We have stayed at this location because it works for us and it is easy for people to find. It is a bit of an old building, but it has character and suits us fine.
