Pursuits Career And Solutions Llp is situated at Plot No. 22 in Elite Colony. This is up in the Yapral area. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the main city hubs. We like it because we can actually hear ourselves think. We’ve got a basic office set up on the plot. It isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a functional space where we handle career stuff and various solutions. We spend most of our time talking to people or looking at files. There are a few trees around the building which is nice during the hotter months. Yapral has a bit of a different vibe, more relaxed. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a small group and we know each other well. Sometimes we have lunch together at the desks. The office at Plot No. 22 is where all the work happens. We don't have a receptionist to greet people; usually, one of us just looks up from our computer when someone comes in. It’s a very direct way of doing things. No polish, no fancy mission statements. We just try to get through the daily tasks and help out where we can. Elite Colony is a decent place to be based. It’s out of the way, which suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is a steady, simple environment for everyone here.
