Our office is located right across from the Police Commissioner’s office and the City Civil Court at 22-7-387/3. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people moving around all day. We spend most of our time here helping people plan their journeys for Haj and Umrah. It’s not just about booking a ticket; there are a lot of forms to fill out and things to organize for the groups. People come in with many questions about where they will stay or how the travel works, and we sit down and talk them through it. We’ve been in this building for a bit, and it’s easy to find because of the landmarks nearby. The office isn't very big, but it’s where we keep all the records and files. Sometimes the court crowds make it a bit noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the paperwork. We don't really do much fancy marketing. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or heard about us from a neighbor. Helping folks get ready for such an important trip takes a lot of patience. There’s always a stack of passports or visa papers on the desk. We try to keep things organized so nobody gets confused. It’s just a few of us here making sure the travel arrangements go as they should without too much fuss or trouble. It can get stressful when deadlines for visas approach, but we just take it one person at a time.
