Our office is located in Rani Classics, which is at Plot 14 in the Ayyappa Society area of Madhapur. If you know Hyderabad, you know Madhapur is always buzzing, especially with all the IT folks around. But Ayyappa Society has its own feel, a mix of houses and small businesses. We are up on the fourth floor, in unit 402. It’s a decent space, though it gets a bit crowded when the whole team is in. We work on energy-related projects, so there’s usually a lot of talk about batteries and power. It’s not your typical shiny corporate office. We have some desks, a few cupboards full of files, and a small kitchen area where the kettle is always on. The balcony gives us a view of the busy street below, which is nice for a break. Parking around here can be a real headache, so most of us try to get in early. We’re a small group, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There’s no formal hierarchy that you’d notice. We just sit together and get through the tasks. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, and we just wait it out or chat. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood feels like home now. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs every day without any big fuss.
