Even though our name mentions Banjara Hills in Hyderabad, you’ll mostly find us working out of Vemuru village in the Tirupati Rural area. Our office is associated with N. Ayyappa and Munitrathnam Naidu’s place, and it’s a very different environment than the city. We spend a lot of our time dealing with land development and checking on the various avenues we manage in the Chittoor district. Most of the day is spent driving between different properties or walking through fields to check the boundaries. It’s a lot of dusty work, and we usually end the day with dirt on our boots. We aren't a corporate firm with a lot of fancy offices. We just have a quiet spot where we can store our maps and meet with people who are interested in the land. The pace of life in rural Tirupati is a bit slower, which we appreciate, but there’s still plenty of paperwork to handle. We don't have a team of people to handle our image or write promotional text. We just know the local area and we understand how the land deals work here. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get out to the sites, but we just wait for it to clear and get back to it. It’s straightforward work that involves a lot of talking to neighbors and making sure the plots are well-maintained for the future.
