Promise Home Appliances (P) Ltd is right here in the Electronic Complex at Ecil Kushaiguda. If you know the area in Hyderabad, you know it gets pretty busy with all the industrial units around. We spend most of our time at A3-4/A just dealing with the daily load of home gadgets and parts. It's not a fancy setup. The floor is usually covered with tools and half-finished work. Some days the heat in the workshop is a lot to handle, especially during the summer months when the fans just move warm air around. We've been in this spot for a while now. Most of the guys here live close by, so we're a local crew. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or decorating the office. There is always a truck backing in or someone coming by to ask about a spare part. It is loud because of the other factories nearby, but you get used to it. We keep our coffee mugs on the desks and just get through the orders as they come in. Sometimes the power goes out in the complex and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's just a regular workplace where we try to keep things moving. We don't have any big corporate meetings. We just talk over the noise of the machines and figure out what needs to get done before we head home for the day.
