Our work happens at Plot No 17 in Central Bank Colony, which you can find near the L.B. Nagar check post. The address is H.No 3-9-220. Being near the check post means it’s easy for people to give directions to our place. It’s a lived-in building with a lot of character, mostly because we've been here long enough to leave our mark on it. The paint is peeling a little bit near the windows, but the structure is solid. Inside, it’s a mix of old furniture and some newer computers we had to get recently. We don't have a receptionist sitting at the front; usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't on the phone. We keep a pretty casual atmosphere. There’s no dress code or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the work is finished by the end of the day. The afternoon sun hits the front of the house pretty hard, so we usually pull the curtains shut around two o'clock. It’s a practical way to live and work. We grab our lunches from the local shops nearby or bring them from home. There isn't anything corporate about us. We are just a small group of people doing our jobs in a regular Hyderabad neighborhood. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to get things done. It’s just about being consistent and showing up every day to do the tasks that keep us moving forward.
