This part of Hyderabad is always packed with people looking for all sorts of things, and we are right in the thick of it. Our office is a small, functional place where we spend our hours booking trips and talking to travelers. We’ve been operating out of this Putli Bowli spot for a while now. It’s a very local vibe here. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound like we are some big international company. We are just a local travel office. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood who stop by just to say hello or to check on a booking they made earlier. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the local community. We don't have any polished marketing materials. We just rely on being here and doing the work. If you need a ticket, we check the computer and tell you what’s available. It is as simple as that. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have our fans and our tea, so we get through the day just fine.
