Predictive Data Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is located at Flat No.507 in the Aditya Green Fields building in Kondapur. One of the best things about being here is that we are right behind the Ratnadeep supermarket, which makes it very easy to go grab a snack or some supplies when we need them. Since it is an OPC, it is a small operation, and we work out of the flat. Kondapur is a very fast-growing part of town, so there is always some construction or new activity happening nearby. Our office is just a regular apartment room that we have turned into a workspace. We spend most of our time looking at data on our screens and trying to make sense of different patterns. It is a lot of quiet work, so being in a residential building like Aditya Green Fields works out well for us. We don’t have any big signs or a lobby. If you come to see us, you just come up to the fifth floor. It’s a very simple way of working. We don't have any corporate jargon to share. We just take the data we have and do our best to process it correctly. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator, which is just part of living and working in this part of the city. We keep it honest and straightforward here.
