Our office for Precast Building Systems(India)Pvt.Ltd is up on the second floor of Manasa Mansion. We are in rooms 204, right at the 21/A and 22/A section of the building. It’s located in the RK Puram Officer's Colony in Secunderabad, which is a decent area to work out of. Most of the time, the place is filled with drawings and schedules for various construction jobs we have going on. Precast work is what we do, so there is always talk about slabs, pillars, and how to get them moved from the yard to the sites. We've been in this part of Secunderabad-56 for a bit now. The stairs up to the second floor keep us moving. It isn’t a noisy place, but there is always something happening with the building projects. We share the building with a few others, but we mostly stick to our own tasks. It's a simple setup—just desks, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork regarding the India-wide projects we manage from this office. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing; we just focus on the building systems and making sure the measurements are right. If you come by Manasa Mansion, you’ll find us just doing our daily routine. It’s a quiet colony for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate on the technical side of the building industry.
