Praveen Sound Extension

Praveen Sound Extension is based in Hyderabad at 11-4-106/5. We are right in the Bazarghat area, specifically in the lane that runs beside the Cancer Hospital. Being so close to the Niloufer Cancer Hospital means there are always people around, and it can be a bit overwhelming at times. We’ve been here for a good while, focusing on sound equipment and all the technical stuff that goes along with it. It’s a niche business, and our shop is filled with cables, speakers, and mixers that we are constantly testing or fixing. It isn't the quietest job, as you can imagine, especially when we are checking the volume levels. Bazarghat is a tight-knit place with a lot of old buildings and narrow lanes, which gives it a lot of character. We don't really put on any airs about what we do. People come to us because they know where we are and that we’ve been doing this for years. Sometimes the equipment is heavy and the days are long, but we just get on with it. We aren't big on marketing; we mostly rely on being in a spot that people can find easily enough. It’s a lot of manual work and technical troubleshooting, but it’s what we know. We just stay focused on the task at hand and try to keep things moving. We usually close up shop late when there is a lot to fix.
