Pratibha Constructions

Pratibha Constructions has its office over at Plot 75 in Akkatai Mane Nagar. We are right off Kalamba Road here in Kolhapur. It’s a nice area, and we’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while now. We do local construction work. It could be a small renovation or something a bit bigger, we don’t really mind as long as the work is steady. Kolhapur is a place where reputation matters, so we try to be straightforward with everyone. We don't use any fancy talk or complicated contracts. We just look at the site, tell you what can be done, and get to it. Sometimes the rains here in Maharashtra slow us down, but we always get back to the job once the sun is out. Our team is local, guys who grew up in these neighborhoods. We know the ground here and what kind of materials work best for the local climate. The office at Akkatai Mane Nagar is where we keep our tools and meet with people to discuss their plans. It’s a practical space. We spend most of our hours on the actual sites, though. Construction is a messy job, but seeing a house finally finished is a good feeling. We aren't looking to change the world, just to build good things for our neighbors in Kolhapur. It keeps us moving and we enjoy being part of the local community building scene.
