Prathista Homes Private Limited is based in Domalguda. Our office is G2 in the Surya Residency building, which is at 1-2-288/41 on Street No 6. It’s a solid, older part of the city, and we like being here. We focus on homes and residential stuff, working out of this ground-floor flat. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for us to manage our daily tasks and meet with folks who are looking for a place to live. Domalguda has a specific feel to it, and we’ve become part of the local fabric over the years. We spend our time checking on construction progress or sorting out legal papers for the homes we handle. We don't have a big corporate vibe. We’re more like the neighbors you go to when you need help with property. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with folders and tea cups, but we know where everything is. We don't make big claims about being the best; we just try to be reliable. People come to us because we’re local and we know how things work in this neighborhood. We’ve had our share of struggles, like anyone else in business, but we keep showing up at Street No 6 every morning. It’s just us, doing our work and trying to keep things moving forward in our own small way. We hope to stay here for many more years.
