Prasanth Sai Builders

We are Prasanth Sai Builders, located over in Warasi Guda in Secunderabad. Our office is at D.No:12-11-394, which is a busy little area to be in. We spend most of our time out on sites around the city, so the office is mainly for keeping our files and meeting with folks who want to build something. Secunderabad is growing fast, and there is always something needing to be fixed or built from scratch. We handle the basic stuff like masonry, roofing, and general contracting. It’s not a quiet job, there’s always the sound of hammers or machines going. We have a small crew and we’ve worked together for a long time. Sometimes the weather in Telangana gets in the way of the schedule, especially when the rains start, but we try to keep things moving. We don’t have a big corporate office or fancy brochures to show people. Usually, we just sit down and talk about what needs doing. It’s a lot of sweat and dust every day, but that is just how the building trade is. We know the local rules and where to get the best sand and gravel around here. People know where to find us if they need a solid wall built or a room added on. It’s just us doing what we know how to do best in our neighborhood. We are usually at the office late if we are finishing up a plan.
