Prasad & Co (Pw) Ltd

Our office, Prasad & Co (Pw) Ltd, is situated in the Adrin Housing Colony in Secunderabad. We are at 203 on Akbar Road in the Tarbund area. It’s a pretty standard residential-turned-commercial spot. We like it here because it feels like being in a real neighborhood rather than a cold office park. The building is E-4, and it’s easy to find once you’re on Akbar Road. Inside, it’s just us and our equipment. We don't have a big staff, so everyone knows everyone else. We spend our days handling various projects and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. We’re more about getting the job done than looking fancy. Secunderabad has its own pace, and we fit right into it. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello, which we don't mind. We’ve got a small area for tea and snacks, which is where most of our brainstorming happens anyway. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just know what our work is and we do it. The desks are a bit cluttered, and there’s always a fan running to keep the air moving. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen the colony change around us, but we stay pretty much the same and focus on what we have to finish.
