Our office is on the third floor of Solitaire Plaza in Ameerpet. If you know Hyderabad, you know Ameerpet is always jammed with people and traffic no matter the time. We are right beside Image Hospital. It’s a busy building with people constantly coming and going. We work on various business solutions, which mostly involves sitting in front of computers for eight or nine hours a day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We have a small team of people who are good with tech stuff and numbers. We don't have a big corporate lobby or any fancy reception area. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza breaks down and we have to walk up all three floors, which isn't fun when it's hot outside. We don't have any scripted lines to tell customers when they call. We just listen to what their problem is and see if we can find a way to fix it. Some days we are really focused and get a lot done, and other days we just chat about the cricket scores or the movie we saw last night while we work. We’re just regular people trying to run a business in a very crowded and noisy city. We do what we can and try to stay out of the Ameerpet traffic as much as possible at the end of the day.
