We have our files, our ledgers, and a table for guests. People from the nearby apartments often drop by after work. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just manage the chit cycles and make sure everyone gets their turn when the time comes. It is a practical business. We don't spend money on big signs or expensive furniture.
