Pragati Pack India Pvt Ltd is over at B-5 and 6 in the Ida Kukatpally Gandhi Nagar area. We have been here for a good while now, and the place has become like a second home to most of us. It is mostly a printing and packaging setup. We spend our days surrounded by the smell of ink and the constant humming of the machines. It isn't a quiet place, but you get used to the noise after a few days. We handle things like cardboard boxes and various labels for all kinds of products. Some days we have piles of paper stacked up to the ceiling, or so it feels when a big order comes in. We don't have any fancy office furniture or a lobby with a receptionist. It is just a workspace where we get things done. The neighborhood is full of other industrial shops, so there is always a lot of movement and trucks coming and going. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Around mid-morning, we take a quick break for tea from the stall nearby. We just try to make sure the printing is clear and the boxes are cut to the right size. It's simple work in a way, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people just know we are here in Gandhi Nagar if they need something boxed up.
