Pradyut Waghraymd Clinic is located in Basheer Bagh. If you know the area, you know it's always moving. Basheer Bagh has its own rhythm, and we are just one part of it. The clinic is basically where we spend all our daylight hours. It’s not a giant building or anything, just a space where the work gets done. We have a desk for the files and some chairs that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough. The name on the door is Pradyut Waghraymd Clinic, and we’ve been here long enough that most people in the area recognize it. There’s a lot of traffic outside, so you can usually hear the cars and bikes while you are sitting inside. We don't have any fancy music playing or anything like that. It’s just the sound of the city and the sound of people talking. We keep things very basic. There’s a sink in the corner and some cabinets where we store supplies. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. As long as it is clean and we can do our jobs, that is what matters. Every morning we come in, turn on the lights, and wait for the first person to walk through the door. Basheer Bagh is a busy spot, and we are glad to have a place here to do our work. It’s simple, it’s functional, and it works for us. That is basically the whole story.
