Down in the Pragathi Industrial Area, you’ll find us at number 14 Part. It’s right in Bhavani Nagar, over by Kapra near the ECIL post. The area is always busy with small workshops and people hauling gear around. Powertech Services isn’t a huge operation, just a group of us who know our way around technical equipment and repairs. The floor is usually covered in tools and parts that need fixing. It’s a bit noisy because of the other units nearby, but we’re used to it. We spend most of our time troubleshooting things or out on site calls. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, which is ironic given our name, but we just keep working with what we have. It’s a practical kind of life. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door with a smile; usually, someone just wipes their hands on a rag and comes over to see what you need. Kapra is a decent place to work, even if the roads get a bit messy when it rains. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. We just do the work, send the invoices, and go home to our families. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There is always a transformer or a motor sitting in the corner waiting for attention.
