We are based out in Kukatpally, specifically over in Phase-2 of the Allwyn Colony area. If you know the neighborhood, we are right around Bhudevi Hills Tulasi Nagar. It is a bit of a climb sometimes with the hills and all, but we like being here. Around here, the main work at Potlapalli Balakrishna Properties Private Limited involves keeping track of various plots from 354 to 362. Most days are spent either at the office or out at the sites checking on things. It is mostly just a few of us handling the local property matters and talking to folks who stop by. Working in this part of Hyderabad has been our routine for a while now. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a practical space where we keep our files and meet people. Sometimes the traffic in Kukatpally gets really backed up in the evenings, so we try to get most of our field work done early in the day. There is always some paperwork to catch up on or a neighbor asking about a boundary line. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The local roads are very familiar to us and we've seen how the area has grown. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the records are straight and the land is looked after properly. That is pretty much what we do here every day. It's a simple life really.
