Our place is in Rezimental Bazar, house number 9-3-810. If you know Secunderabad, you know this area is very old and very crowded. The streets are narrow, and there’s always something happening right outside the window. Our building is one of the older ones, so it has high ceilings which is nice for the heat, but the plumbing is a bit temperamental. We’ve been here for a long time, and we know all the local shopkeepers. It’s a very traditional kind of place to work. We don't have a lot of modern office furniture; it's mostly wooden desks and chairs that have been here since we started. There’s a lot of noise from the market—people shouting, horns honking, and the smell of spices from the nearby stalls. It can be a bit distracting if you aren't used to it, but we find it lively. We handle a variety of things here, mostly just being a point of contact for our customers in the city. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or branding. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure our regulars are taken care of. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the numbering on this street is a bit chaotic, but we usually figure it out. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the files and samples, but it feels like home after all these years. We usually have a pot of tea going in the afternoon. It's just a simple, busy office in a very busy part of the city.
