Planning And Co Ordination Manager

Our workplace is tucked away in the Vijaya Nagar Colony area of Hyderabad. Specifically, we’re in Flat No J9 of the Gic Block at H No 10-2-318. It’s a busy part of the city, and Asif Nagar always has something going on. As the Planning and Co Ordination Manager, the job involves a lot of juggling between different tasks. There are always schedules to fix, people to call, and things that need to be lined up just right. The office is usually a bit noisy with people talking and the sound of the city life outside. We aren’t some huge firm with a lobby or a dedicated security guard; it’s just a functional space where the work gets done. Most days involve trying to make sure different parts of a project are actually talking to each other. It’s a lot of coordination, which means we spend a lot of time on our phones or writing down notes on whatever paper is handy. Sometimes things get a bit messy, and we have to restart a plan from scratch, but we don't really mind. We’ve been in this part of the city for a long time, and we know how to navigate the local way of doing things. It’s a straightforward job that requires a lot of patience. We just show up every morning, drink our coffee, and start sorting through the list of what needs to happen next. It’s honest work and keeps us busy all day.
