Our office is tucked away in Flat No. 502 at the 6th Phase of KPHB Colony. We go by Pj Right Move Estate Buildwell Private Limited. It’s a bit of a long name for such a small team, but it’s what’s on the paperwork. Being in KPHB means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s always crowded outside, which is fine because it keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of our time going through construction plans and legal filings. It’s a lot of reading fine print. The office itself is pretty simple, just enough room for our desks and a place for guests to sit. We don’t go in for fancy decorations. Most of the time, we are just trying to keep up with the local developments. Hyderabad is growing so fast, especially around here. We deal with the building side of things and the estate side too. Sometimes things go smooth and sometimes there are delays with the permits or the materials. That’s just how it goes in this industry. We don't promise miracles, we just do the work. The elevators in the building can be slow during lunch hour, so we usually just wait it out. It’s a regular job for us. We like being part of the 6th Phase community. It feels like home after all this time and we plan to stay right here in Flat 502.
