My Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is on the third floor of Plot No 109, right across from Konark Hospital on Pipe Line Road. It’s in the Pet Basheerabad area of Jeedimetla. Being on the third floor means we carry a lot of stuff up and down, which keeps us moving. We deal with seeds, so the office is often filled with small samples and ledgers. It’s not a large corporate space; it’s more of a functional office where we manage our distribution. Looking out the window, you can see the traffic on Pipe Line Road and the people going into the hospital. It’s a busy part of the city. We spend our days talking to suppliers and making sure the right seeds get to the right places. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we take the stairs. We’ve been in this building for some time now. We aren't flashy people. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work. The team is small, and we all know each other’s families. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the quality of the seeds and the relationships we’ve built over the years. It’s a simple operation, but it’s what we know how to do. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for a long time. It feels like a family business even though we're a private limited company.
