Pidilite Industries Ltd.

Down in Hyderabad, specifically in the Qutbullapur Municipal area at Ayodhya Nagar, we have this spot at H.No. 9-77/2. It's a busy part of the R.R. District. We’ve been operating this Pidilite Industries Ltd branch from here for quite a while. The street outside can get pretty packed with bikes and people going about their business. Inside our place, it’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. It isn't a modern glass building; it's a real place where people work hard. We have a small tea station in the corner which is the most popular spot in the morning. The fans are always running because it gets quite warm here. Sometimes we have to shout over the noise from the street, but you get used to it. We handle a lot of the local coordination from this desk. It’s not always perfectly organized, and sometimes we lose a pen or two in the shuffle. But the work gets finished. We don't go in for fancy meetings or long presentations. We just talk through what needs to happen and then we do it. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops, so if we need something, we just walk down the road. It feels like we are part of the local community here. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind as it comes, making sure we don't miss any of the important paperwork.
