We are Picsell Realtors Llp. You can find us at Flat No.202 in the Venkateswara Residency. It is part of the Mig.I section of Kphb Colony. Our house number is 181. Kphb Colony is a massive place, so we usually have to tell people to look for the Venkateswara Residency specifically so they don't get lost. We are on the second floor, in 202. It is a simple office, nothing too flashy. We chose this spot because it is right in the heart of the colony. Being in Mig.I makes it easy for us to get around. We have been at this address for some time now. The day starts early here, usually with a lot of tea and looking over whatever files are on the desk. Picsell Realtors Llp is just a small group of us working out of this flat. It feels more like a home than a big office building, which we like. The neighbors in Venkateswara Residency are mostly families, so it stays pretty grounded. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just a door with our name on it. If you are in Kphb Colony, you know how busy it can get. We are just tucked away in our corner of H.No.181. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. Sometimes the elevator in the residency is a bit slow, but we don't mind the stairs much.
